To incorporate a new company, all you need to do is to tell us the company name that you would like to use and then leave the rest to us.

  • Minimum 1 subscriber (shareholder)
  • Minimum 1 director
  • Company Secretary (must be a Hong Kong resident or body corporate)
  • Hong Kong address as registered office
• Obtain the Business Registration Certificate

• One person can set up an unlimited company
• You can commence business after apply a Business Registration Certificate
